About the products

Jabara Sake (8% alc.)

An exclusive citrus liqueur from Japan. The composition of Naoshima Shochu (25% alc.) consists of 50% polished Yamada Nishiki rice and sake lees from quality Daiginjo sake.

Plum Liquor GEN (25% alc.)

Carefully crafted plum liquor from superior and fully ripe Nanko plums sourced from Wakayama prefecture.

KOJI CLEAR

Made with only koji, rice, and water, KOJI CLEAR is crafted in a traditional sake brewery. It was born from the desire to create a drink with simple, reliable ingredients that is non-alcoholic, easy to digest, and naturally sweet, making it enjoyable with many meals.

Iburigakko

Iburigakko is a traditional type of smoked pickled daikon from Akita Prefecture (Northern Japan). "Gakko" is an Akita dialect word that means "pickles". Fresh daikon is smoked for a few days over wood fires and then soaked in rice bran, salt and sugar.

Karazo – Japanese Chilli Sauce

Unveiled from the Mountains of Tajima in Hyogo Prefecture: This handcrafted chilli sauce is a culmination of tradition and time. Locally-sourced rice malt, fiery chilies, and all-natural soy sauce are patiently aged for 3-5 years, creating a symphony of flavours entirely by hand. The sky's the limit for delicious combinations. This fermented sauce adds a burst of flavour to anything you put it on.

Kadocho Soy Sauce Powder

A refined soy sauce powder crafted with time-honoured techniques passed down for over 750 years. Naogen Soy Sauce crystals are made by freeze-drying premium soy sauce to preserve its authentic taste and nutritional value.
