ORIFORI TEXTILE
The Orifori Textile, a transformative origami textile, is a modern reinterpretation of traditional wrapping methods like furoshiki. Featuring an origami-inspired 3D shape, this innovative textile invites you to transform flat planes into three-dimensional forms with your own hands. Beyond its conventional role as a wrapping cloth, its versatility extends to serving as baskets, wall shelves, and other interior objects.
During the exhibition, Maori Kimura will hold daily 30-minute workshops at the exhibition booth, where you can learn how to play with and fold the product. Workshops will take place at 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM, and everyone is welcome to participate.
