Taste the delicous Shoyu and Salt Ramen from the Ramen NIKKOU during the event. This year we have chef Nishikawa dishing up two types of ramen (salt and shoyu) as well as Japanese curry (a first for MONO JAPAN!), karaage (deep-fried chicken), and edamame!
Takoyaki Ya, run by chef Eiki and Sharon Mori will be back serving up piping hot servings of Japan’s most famous street snack. Takoyaki, or octopus balls, will be served in the salon: delicious little balls of octopus and dough topped with seaweed, ginger, mayonnaise and bonito flakes. It will be served in the Salon at the Lloyd Hotel, next to the sake bar.
