Creative pair 1: Paul Beumer (Artist) x Yukihito Kanai (Mud Dye Craftsman / Artist)
This is the 2nd session of the creative pair 1, Yukihito Kanai & Paul Beumer.
Yukihito introduced further about their studio and the mud dye, checking their first experiment made with the Sharinbai mold together. To see the mud pool in daylight, the meeting was set at 9 AM in Japan, 12 AM - midnight in Portugal where Paul stays and 1 AM in the Netherlands. Yukihito talks about the mud pool, about their various creations and products, and the concept of working together with nature.
